Agency in an agentified labor market

This is a vertical video ‘pill’ from the educational series Jobs Reloaded, in a dialogue format between two voices. The protagonists are Ailyn, the AI guide-voice (prophetic, then educational and warm), and Max, the frightened human who embodies the viewer’s doubt. The opening hook is a dystopian scenario set in 2030: your competitor won’t be human, but an AI agent active 24/7. Max fears obsolescence; Ailyn flips the perspective: it’s not a threat but a paradigm shift.
The key question shifts from “how do I compete with AI agents?” to “how do I become an agent myself?”. The heart of the message is the concept of “agency”, explained in three practical points. First: no longer sell time but results, thinking in terms of tasks the way AI agents do. Second: build your own personal technology stack (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI) to become an “augmented human” who collaborates with AI instead of fighting it. Third: think like a micro-company, creating multiple streams of value (freelancing, consulting, projects, content).
The conclusion overturns the initial fear: instead of being replaced, you become irreplaceable. The human advantage lies in what AI doesn’t replicate: lateral creativity, strategic empathy, ethical judgment (“AI executes. You decide”). The final message is motivational: no one is ready, but those who start today will have a 5-year head start.
